We are open for dinner service only, Wednesday through Saturday. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Chef to complete our team in our scratch kitchen on the salad/fry station. The position is an opportunity to learn advanced culinary techniques from the owner/ Executive Chef Keith Blauschild, CEC. Skills & Requirements Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment use and operation Experience grilling and sautéing Excellent knife skills Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, FOH staff, and management. Maintain a clean and organized workstation Ability to bend, stoop, stand, kneel and crouch more than 50% of the time. Ability to lift 30 pounds Ability to speak, read and write English Must also possess the ability to taste and respond to visual and aural cues; must be able to verbally communicate with employees at all times.
Experience :
2 + years of high end restaurant experience
Certifications :
