Job Description
Sous Chef JB’s on the Beach 300 NE 21st Avenue, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 We are currently seeking a full time Sous Chef.
Major responsibilities include:
Manage and develop BOH staff (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Meal planning in conjunction with Executive Chef Review menus prior to preparation of food Assure that all food procedures are followed Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply Follow all sanitation guidelines Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
