Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Executive Chef in planning and executing the menu.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring dishes are prepared with precision and in a timely manner.
Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure adnce to food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean andanized kitchen.
Create and present new dishes, incorporating creativity and seasonal ingredients.
Qualifications
Experience in a culinary position.
Experience in a fast paced restaurant.
A great attitude and work ethic
