⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Line cook / Head Chef (Naples) G & G Brunch Haus 7785 Davis Blvd  compensation: 4 day required training to see if you’re gonna be qualified or not after starting pay is $20 an hour to $35 an hour depending on experience and how long you have been working on the job employment type: experience level: senior level job title: Head Chef / Line Chef Looking for an experienced Head Chef who has a minimum 3 years experience working in a Brunch/Breakfast restaurant – Buscando un jefe de cocina experimentado que tenga un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia trabajando en un restaurante de desayuno. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage kitchen operations during service in fast pace
  • Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch items to high standards with quality ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety protocols. Cleaning Kitchen & Grills at the end of service full deep clean of Kitchen And Fridges everyday at the end.
  • Assist in menu development and seasonal specials
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff as needed
  • Work closely with FOH to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen (breakfast/brunch experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive under pressure Principals only.
