Must have knowledge in Italian Cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in fine dining, catering, and banquet services. As a Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, food management, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will lead a team of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and excellence in culinary arts. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste. Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and professional development. Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation for all dishes served. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during events and regular dining hours. Monitor food costs and implement strategies to optimize profitability without compromising quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Requirements Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Proficiency in menu planning and food management techniques. Knowledge of catering operations and fine dining standards. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory.
