The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of food service management. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. This role requires a commitment to excellence in hospitality and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Duties Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards. Be at work no later than 7:00 am. Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling, and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to maintain consistency. Implement cost control measures to optimize kitchen efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food management practices, including menu planning and inventory control. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines. Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence.
