The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of food service management. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. This role requires a commitment to excellence in hospitality and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Duties Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards. Be at work no later than 7:00 am. Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling, and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with health regulations.
