We’re currently seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team and help us continue serving memorable meals rooted in Southern tradition.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Chef who is well-versed in Southern cuisine and can bring creativity, consistency, and leadership to our kitchen. This individual will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to menu development that reflects our Southern heritage.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality Southern dishes with consistency and flair Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily kitchen operations Ensure all food is prepared to the highest safety and sanitation standards Collaborate on menu development and seasonal specials Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or equivalent role Strong knowledge and passion for Southern cuisine Ability to lead, motivate, and train kitchen staff Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not required
