Qualifications:

Proven sushi chef experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Familiarity with industry best practices Familiar with Thai ingredients Ability to communicate in Thai preferred
