• Prepare sushi dishes following traditional and modern recipes
• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
• Help with ramen production as needed
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate overall meal production
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations ## Experience
• Previous experience working in a sushi restaurant or similar culinary environment
• Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation styles
• Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and ingredients
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
