What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant setting A deep passion for culinary excellence, food quality, and team leadership Strong organizational skills and a systems-driven mindset A solid work ethic and willingness to put in the time to succeed A desire to train, mentor, and develop team members Excellent communication skills across all levels of staff and guests A humble, collaborative attitude—no egos here Culinary degree is a plus, but not required
