The ideal candidate should understand basic English and Spanish for communication with the staff, and must be experienced in cooking Chinese food or skilled in working in a kitchen. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Qualifications Basic English Basic Spanish Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
