Summary We are seeking a talented Chef to join our culinary team at The Harbour Grill. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that highlight our commitment to quality and flavor while managing kitchen operations efficiently. Your expertise will play a vital role in delivering an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to create a seamless dining experience for guests. Plan and execute special events and banquets as required. Requirements Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Creative mindset with a passion for menu development and presentation. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
