We feed professional athletes, coaches and staff, healthy, culinarian driven meals at the Baptist Health Training Facility. Who We Are Hiring Breakfast Cooks, Evening Cooks, Prep/Butcher Duties Cook high quality, fresh meats, produce and grains to top standards and proper temperatures for our customers. Maintain a breakfast, lunch or dinner service by batch cooking food to order. Preparation of vegetables, cleaning meats, marinading meats, making sauces, soups, etc. from scratch. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and best practices. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours. Requirements 2 years high volume cookie experience Ability to be at work on time with no distractions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
