Free Parking. Employee meal per shift. Employee discount on Key Biscayne annual toll plan. Job Description We are seeking an Executive Chef with strong expertise in Italian and Argentine cuisine . This role requires hands-on leadership, excellent organization, and full control of kitchen operations. The chef will manage staff, build menus, maintain food quality, control costs, and lead both daily service and long-term planning. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain menus with refined Italian dishes and authentic Argentine grilled meats, milanesas, and desserts.

Oversee all operations:

prep, plating, service, cleanliness & code compliance. Train, supervise, and manage BOH staff; delegate tasks and hold team accountable. Track inventory and purchase supplies from approved vendors. Plan prep schedules and keep service on time during peak hours. Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and speed. Monitor food and labor costs; adjust systems to improve efficiency. Work with ownership on menu updates, specials, and overall concept. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Italian cuisine , with good knowledge of Argentine cuisine. 5+ years in a kitchen leadership role , ideally in high-volume or multi-concept settings. Skilled in training, managing, and motivating staff. Strong understanding of sourcing, cost control, and budgeting. Current on food safety laws and best practices. Hands-on leader with strong communication and time management. Able to run a high-paced kitchen with consistent results.
