You will be responsible formanaging the culinary activities of our state of the art kitchenswhile executing international cuisine in multiple venues. - Oversight and execution of culinary operations to deliver qualitycuisine and create a superb dining experience, thereby ensuringguest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to forecast and manage menurequirements and inventory
- Maintain food cost at reasonable levels without affecting qualityand standards
- Enforce USPH and HACCP procedures for sanitation and cleanliness,and monitor workstations and staff for adherence to thoseprocedures
- Manage and train large culinary staff to ensure performancestandards are met on a consistent basis
