Experienced Pizza Chef/Dough Maker Vice City Pizza 5829 SW 73rd Street, South Miami, FL 33143 Vice City Pizza is looking to hire an experienced maker for their Miami location Experienced Dough Maker Must have hands on experience in dough making, stretching, managing pizza toppings appropriately Functional knowledge of large cooking and baking equipments. Prepare pizzas, breads and other pastas as requested by customers Prepare dough by kneading and stretching as required 5am Start Time Must have experience, the right attitude and professional appearance to succeed and move up in our growing business. Possess a positive, honest and energetic work ethic.
Professional appearance and manner, good character to work in an open kitchen.
Maintain a clean work environment throughout the restaurantDemand quality in foods prepared and customer service Produce foods and service as designed in a standard process Good communication skills are required – must read and speak English,bilingual is a plus.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs and stand to perform normal job functions.
