speaking please! Duties Design and prepare personalized menus based on client preferences and dietary restrictions. Oversee all aspects of meal preparation, cooking, and presentation. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food ordering, and staff supervision if applicable. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with clients to plan special events or banquets, providing catering services as needed. Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continually enhance menu offerings. Provide exceptional hospitality to clients and guests during meal service. Requirements Proven experience as a chef in a private household or similar environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in food service management, including team management skills. Proficiency in culinary techniques across various cuisines. Ability to cater to special dietary needs and preferences. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service. Previous experience in catering or banquet settings is preferred. A background in bartending or hospitality is a plus.
