Indian chef Balan’s 901 South Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33131 We have launched a new Indian Pop-up Restaurant in the heart of Brickell. We are looking for reliable, passionate and experienced line cooks who are trying to develop their skills, build their experience, and advance their careers. WHAT YOU NEED
3+ years experience Experience using a tandoor oven Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day Must be a team player and be comfortable working with a team in a very fast-paced environment Put in the maximum effort to maintain a positive and professional attitude daily.
JOB DUTIES
Provide excellent customer experience and the highest standards of service Memorize our recipes and steps of service to deliver a top-notch experience. Ensure that the whole restaurant maintains the highest cleaning standards. Taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele Handle card and cash transactions Other duties as requested by a manager
