Lead Production Chef iCatering Inc. Coral Gables, FL 33134 We are a growing catering company www.hotup.delivery seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Production Chef to join our team in a modern dark kitchen facility in Coral Gables, FL. This is a hands-on role combining food preparation, menu development, kitchen leadership, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and adapt creative menus for the U.S. market Lead daily food production and preparation to ensure consistency and quality Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and timely execution of orders Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Train, support, and oversee kitchen staff Collaborate with management on new menu items and seasonal offerings

Qualifications:

Legally authorized to work in the United States Relevant experience in the U.S. (catering or food production preferred) Working knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe certification a plus) Basic English communication skills Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
