- Pastry Chefs Craft exquisite pastries and desserts for an elite dining establishment.
40+ Hour Availability Per Week Strongly Preferred. Brickell Area $20 an hour payment What We re
Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques including: Making custard cream, Proper use of a piping bag
- Proficiency in using pastry equipment: (e.
g., KitchenAid, Pacojet, etc.) Ability to separate egg yolks and egg whites Knowledge of proper fruit cutting Ability to use a scale and follow a recipe autonomously after an initial demonstration. Maintain professional cleanliness standards in the kitchen. Wear professional attire, including safety shoes.
