Key Responsibilities:
Shop for all groceries required for each event (costs are fully reimbursed). Set up and organize all kitchen tools, ingredients, and cooking stations in advance. Prepare and execute all menu items from scratch on-site with consistency and excellence. Set the dining table to align with The Polished Chef’s refined service standards. Serve each course to guests with professionalism and attentiveness. Maintain precise timing to ensure a seamless and enjoyable flow of service. Adapt dishes as needed for dietary preferences or guest modifications. Leave the kitchen and dining area thoroughly cleaned and reset post-service.
Skills:
Proven experience as a Private Chef with a track record of culinary excellence. Proficiency with various kitchen equipment and cooking techniques. Exceptional ability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure. Excellent time management skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking.
