Key Responsibilities:

Mastery of traditional sushi techniques, including maki, nigiri, and sashimi as well as hot Asia dishes such as Pad Thai and Ramen. Expert preparation of sushi rice (shari), ensuring proper texture, seasoning, and consistency. Knowledge of proper storage methods for raw fish and seafood to maintain freshness and quality. Familiarity with Asian vegetables, herbs, and specialty sauces used in hot dishes preparation. Adherence to food safety protocols, especially regarding raw seafood. Experience in training kitchen staff on sushi preparation techniques and quality standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy service times. Manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth, efficient daily operations. Lead by example – guide and inspire your team to uphold our core values:
