• Job Overview TropiRollz is seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Japanese cuisine, particularly in sushi preparation, and will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi with attention to taste, consistency and visual appeal, while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Creativity, speed and attention to detail are key in our fast-paced setting. The Sushi Chef will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests while maintaining the highest levels of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of sushi rolls and other specialty menu items.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and handling guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus and ensure timely meal preparation.
• Monitor inventory levels of sushi
• Assist in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to clients. Experience
• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
