The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and a deep appreciation for Japanese cuisine. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards for taste and presentation. Your expertise in food safety and kitchen operations will ensure that we maintain the highest quality in our food service. Duties Prepare and present sushi dishes according to the restaurant’s menu and specifications. Utilize knife skills to create precise cuts of fish, vegetables, and other ingredients. Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and innovative sushi options. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Monitor inventory levels of sushi ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
