The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and food service, with the ability to lead a kitchen team in creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Duties Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maintain cost-effectiveness. Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Handle catering orders and special events as needed, showcasing culinary expertise. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in a Chef role or similar position within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations. Experience in restaurant management, including shift management and leadership skills. Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating diverse dishes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Experience in bartending or catering is a plus but not required. A commitment to hospitality and providing an exceptional dining experience for guests.
