Role:

As Chef de Partie , you’ll be responsible for executing dishes at the highest standard while leading your station with consistency and grace. This role is ideal for a focused, technique-driven chef who thrives in a refined yet fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a designated section (hot, cold, robata, etc.) with autonomy and accountability Maintain mise en place, prep, and cleanliness with obsessive detail Collaborate on menu development and seasonal dish changes Uphold plating, timing, and service standards during every shift Mentor and guide junior cooks within your section
