Allowing a truly unique and immersive omakase experience (similar to Kaisek). The 8-course multi-sensory omakase sources both seasonal ingredients from Japan along with locally grown produce. The menu and presentation therefore changes according to the spirit of the season. We are looking for energetic, experienced Omakase sushi chef/ Sous chef to join our team!
