The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management, with the ability to create exceptional dining experiences. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring food safety standards are met while delivering high-quality dishes that delight our guests. Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director and General Manger with all menus and compliance per requirements. Responsibilities Plan and prepare a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation. Must have computer skills and knowledge to use the order guides for all buying of goods. Hold all staff acoounatble to all SOP’s in place. Supervise kitchen staff and manage shift operations to ensure efficient workflow. Oversee banquet and catering events, coordinating with the hospitality team to meet client needs. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory and food supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed. Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food management, and safety protocols. Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences. Continuously innovate menu offerings based on seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Healthy conscience experience is required. Experience Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the culinary field. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety regulations. Able to impliment and hold staff accountable for recipes and day to day operational needs. Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing shifts effectively. Familiarity with banquet service and catering operations is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork within a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for residents.
