Food & Beverage/ Dining Room Service Professional Palm Beach Estate Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

A high-profile family is seeking an experienced and poised Food & Beverage Attendant to join their esteemed Palm Beach estate. The primary focus of this role is to support the Chef with kitchen cleanup and service, while also taking the lead on formal table setting, beverage service, and guest-facing dining room duties. Typical service ranges from 2 to 5 guests, and candidates must be comfortable in a refined, discreet environment. The ideal candidate is a former Chief Stewardess or Sous-Chef with a strong background in UHNW households or private yachts.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Chef with plating, clearing, and kitchen cleanup (including care of fine china) Set and maintain formal and informal dining tables Serve food and beverages with precision and professionalism Light housekeeping when not engaged in service Support events and family gatherings with a team-player mentality

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of private service experience in UHNW estates or large yachts Strong knowledge of food service, table setting, and basic drink pairings Flexible, ego-free, and highly professional with excellent attention to detail Background in both front-of-house service and light back-of-house support

Hotel or restaurant experience alone does not meet the criteria for this role

Schedule:

Off-season/summer:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flexibility required for events) Busy season: Must be available for lunch and dinner service, usually 12pm-8:30pm, including weekends (typically Wednesdays and Thursdays off)

Travel:
