Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are strictly followed. Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure efficient operations. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Develop new menu items and specials based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Monitor food presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met. Experience Proven experience as a MM Chef or in a similar culinary role. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and food service operations. Experience in team management within a kitchen environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with inventory control processes and hospitality best practices. Skills in bartending or beverage service are a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
