Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading busy expo during lunch service
• Creating daily, club-focused culinary features
• Maintaining strict sanitation standards
• Coaching and training kitchen staff in a positive, growth-oriented manner
• Managing ordering and inventory control
• Executing both à la carte and buffet-style service
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of private club dining expectations and culture
