Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to Renzo’s standards Ensure the highest quality and presentation of dishes Maintain a clean and organized workstation Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed Follow health and safety regulations Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a line cook Strong knowledge of steakhouse and fine dining cuisine Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Team player with a positive attitude Basic knowledge of Argentine, Uruguayan, Chilean, and Brazilian cuisines preferred Some Spanish language skills required; Spanish speaker preferred
