Knife Skills:

Cutting Vegetables evenly, cutting different size pieces Knowledge of Fish, Rice making, and Creativity Cleanliness and Hygienic Positive customer interaction with talking skills

Busy or Slow – Knowing when to move faster when needed & When to clean when its slow

Customer service, no rushing, and being kind
