Head Chef Acqua Pazza 19750 Wellen Park Blvd, Venice, FL 34293 Acqua Pazza Coastal Italian is now interviewing for a Head Chef. Acqua Pazza offers coastal Italian cuisine in beautiful Downtown Wellen Park in North Port, FL. This restaurant is part of a fast-growing local restaurant group that includes Donato’s Italian Restaurant, PRIME Steakhouse, Bocca Lupo Coal Fired Pizza, and The Banyan House. Full Time Essential Functions:

Manages all kitchen team members, including stewards (dishwashers) and line cooks. Maintains a clean and orderly kitchen environment Tracks kitchen inventory and places food orders Ensures compliance with state and federal health and safety codes. Embraces the opportunity to train and develop other team members Directs daily lunch and dinner service Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Must possess Culinary Degree Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, upscale restaurants. Supervisory experience required. Must be hands-on and able to maintain a positive work environment Must be highly organized and able to manage food costs and inventory. Must be able to lead a team and showcase fine culinary skills.
