The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management and food service, with the ability to lead a team in creating exceptional dining experiences. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of food quality and presentation. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection. Responsibilities Lead and manage the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and high-quality food production. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen staff Assist in banquet preparations and other special events as required. Provide training and mentorship to kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Experience Any experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or food service setting/ or culinary school completion Some leadership skills with experience in kitchen management and team supervision preferred. Not required. Knowledge of menu planning, food service management, and banquet operations is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
