This is for a lead position. You will be in charge of : The cold salad & dessert station which we want to grow to include cold tastings. Product organization for dry goods and delivery organization in the walk in. Creation of elevated desserts, salads, and cold tastings to expand our menu. As a lead you will be reporting to the kitchen manager. This position may grow in the leadership role if you’re the right candidate.
