Key Responsibilities:

Expertly fillet a variety of Japanese fish with precision and care Prepare high-quality sashimi and hand-crafted nigiri Plate sashimi dishes with refined aesthetic presentation Lead and motivate the sushi team to maintain consistency and efficiency Collaborate with the Head Chef in managing fish and ingredient inventory Assist in ordering and receiving product with attention to quality and freshness

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a high-end sushi kitchen Strong knife skills and knowledge of Japanese fish and traditional techniques Leadership ability and team management experience High attention to detail, creativity, and cleanliness Must thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
