What you’ll do: Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and develop client relationships. Assist in general location management as part of the SAGE management team. Assist in ordering and inventory management, scheduling, catering and production, as needed. Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively. Implement and maintain HACCP standards. Participate in the interviewing, hiring, training, and ongoing mentoring of the team. Lead by example. What you’ll need: Culinary degree preferred, but not required. Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Fluency in sanitation and safety standards. Dynamic get-it-done work ethic. Strong customer service skills.
