Pastry Chef Veratina 606 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA 31401 Veratina is a new restaurant that recently opened close to Forsyth Park. Here, Italy and Savannah intersect. We’re focused on creating unique, handcrafted dishes that awaken the palate while evoking nostalgia and comfort. We also pride ourselves on creating an elevated yet relaxed atmosphere where everyone always feels welcome. We’re looking to hire team members who are kind, enthusiastic, upbeat, and proactive. Specifically, we’re looking for team members for our line cook position on Wednesdays through Sundays for morning/day shifts and/or evening shifts. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: execute recipes, prepare, deliver, and present food to high standards, be able to create new desserts. keep station clean and stocked, adhere to health and safety standards and regulations, regularly lift at least fifty (50) pounds throughout shift, effectively communicate with other staff, and complete various shift opening and closing duties. Pay starts at $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
