HIBACHI GRILL ENTERTAINER & CHEF HELPER
(Ellenwood) ‹ image 1 of 1 › compensation: $100 Hello. Looking for a hibachi grill entertainer & chef (1 who knows how to do the grill & fire tricks, is funny/entertaining, etc.) for a private hibachi dinner on May 31st.
- I already have a hired chef for this event to cook the food
- so you will mostly help with entertaining guests (& may help the chef with minor things
- if needed to keep things flowing).
- Gas griddles are being used. You will mostly entertain guests with tricks/games/fire & help serving around the tables
- with only a small bit of cooking on the side IF the chef needs you to help him with something minor. (Current chef cooks but doesn’t do fire/grill tricks, so he’ll mostly cook all the food
- so figured I’d hire another person that can mostly do tricks & entertain guests around the table
- to only assist the chef with minor things as needed). The dinner is for about 20-30 ppl. Hours needed are 6
- 8 pm. Pay is $100 ($50/hr) for your time to come out & help.
- Hygiene is important
- so must come clean with a clean appearance & dressed in all black. If you don’t have tools
- no worries because I’ll get with you beforehand to see what tools/items I’ll need to have available for you to use when you come. You only have to bring yourself).

Important:
Must be able to entertain & do the fire tricks, volcanoes, etc. on the griddle since you will mostly entertain guests than cook. Maybe you have the skills, love entertaining & aren’t doing anything during these 2 hours. Event is outside under tents in the evening in a laid back family/friends environment with music, eating, drinks, games, laughs, etc. (not formal at all & you can eat too if you want).
