In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and food production while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inpreparing Indian Tandoori food and appetizers with experience. Responsibilities Lead kitchen staff in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. Develop and design innovative menus that cater to diverse dietary needs. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate banquet services and special events. Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency and quality standards are met. Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and creativity. Requirements Proven 5 years experience as a tandoori Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or banquet setting. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety practices, and dietary requirements. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in menu planning and inventory control is highly desirable. Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of food production. Strong communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
