Duties Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste. Plan and develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and cater to dietary restrictions. Supervise food production processes to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and shift management. Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs for guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations. Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards.
