This concept will center around modern Japanese cuisine, with an emphasis on omakase-style dining , premium ingredients, and refined technique. The space will also feature a sophisticated cocktail bar and intimate private dining experiences. We are looking for a passionate culinary leader who thrives in building something from the ground up—someone who balances precision with creativity and leads with humility, focus, and excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute a contemporary Japanese menu with an omakase component Lead and mentor a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence Partner with front-of-house and beverage teams to create a seamless guest experience Manage food costs, ordering, inventory, and ensure compliance with health regulations Uphold exacting standards of cleanliness, technique, and consistency

Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Sous in upscale or omakase-focused concepts Deep understanding of Japanese culinary traditions and premium ingredient sourcing Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced opening environment A guest-first mindset and passion for culinary innovation
