The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining and a strong understanding of menu planning, food safety, and culinary techniques. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences while leading and supervising kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food production and service. Duties Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their culinary skills and efficiency. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food production practices. Assist in the development of new recipes and presentation styles that elevate the dining experience. Experience Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and hospitality standards. Experience in menu planning and food production management is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, fostering a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
