The Junior Sous Chef is an entry-level leader in the Culinary Department. They assist in leading the cold kitchen, in preparation, display, purchasing, kitchen sanitation and menu development with the Chef de Cuisine of Garde Manger. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-seasoned team who loves to show their skills and continue to develop your own leadership skill while running the day-to-day operation in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine.
