Small plate tapas and high-quality Spanish ingredients center around the hardwood parrilla grill. Chef leads the enthusiastic kitchen staff with his passion for all things cured, fresh and pickled and the dishes deliver the authentic tastes of Spain. We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining General Manager to lead our team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience Lead, train, and inspire a team of hospitality professionals Maintain high standards of service, food quality, and ambiance Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial goals to optimize profitability Curate and oversee an exceptional wine program, pairing selections with our menu Foster relationships with vendors and uphold inventory management best practices Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience in fine dining management (5+ years preferred) Minimum 2 Years of GM experience is preferred Expertise in Spanish cuisine and wine pairings Strong leadership and team-building skills Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
