Chef Frontera Mexican Kitchen 2825 Breckinridge Boulevard, Duluth, GA 30096 HOLA AMIGO! Are you looking for an amazing opportunity to grow your career? We are looking for a responsible and energetic CHEF to join our Frontera Family! Frontera is a casual dining Mexican restaurant concept that has been serving metro-Atlanta families since 1987. CHEF Responsibilities:
Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders. Responsible for shift preparation, ensuring the kitchen is properly organized and staffed. Oversee the food preparation and cooking process. Hire and train kitchen employees in designated stations. Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments. Schedule work shifts for employees. Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations. Performs quality control of food products to ensure they are up to standards. Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures.
Requirements:
2+ years of kitchen management experience. Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment. Working knowledge of health and safety regulations. Certification from a culinary school. Be able to legally work for any employer in the USA Speak Spanish (highly preferred).
