All Sushi Chefs:

Prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, with meticulous attention to detail and artistic presentation. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items that highlight seasonal ingredients and cater to evolving customer preferences. Strictly adhere to all food safety regulations, maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times. Assist with inventory management and ordering to ensure adequate stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu enhancements, special events, and operational improvements.
