The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and handling, with experience in fine dining and catering. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, overseeing food production, managing inventory, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will work collaboratively with the dietary department and other team members to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards. Oversee food preparation processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices. Assist in menu planning, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary techniques. Provide training to kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety, and equipment usage. Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional food service. Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a fine dining or catering environment.
