Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of desserts and sweets, including cakes, pies, cookies, breads, and pastries Develop new and innovative recipes Decorate cakes and baked goods Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas Prepare custom orders Track and maintain inventory as necessary
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment Knowledge of food safety practices Previous experience decorating cakes Strong organizational and time-management skills
